Symmetry and precision at Ham House in Surrey... geometric garden design at its finest!
The “Cherry Garden” - which contained more than 80 cherry trees in the 17th century - has been transformed into a spectacular diamond-pattern box parterre, filled with several varieties of lavender as well as clipped topiary. At its center is a statue of Bacchus - the god of wine - a survivor from the original 17th century garden!
