Being a single mother isn’t easy.

Being a single mother isn’t easy.

You’re the one who dries the tears, packs the lunches, pays the bills, and still manages to smile through it all.
You don’t always know how you’ll make it work, but you do every single time.
Because your love for your child gives you a kind of strength most people will never understand.
There will be days when you’re exhausted, mentally, physically, emotionally.
Days when the world feels heavy and you wonder how you’ll get through it.
But you show up anyway.
You push through the tiredness, the doubt, and the stress because you have little eyes watching, little hearts depending on you.
Single motherhood is double the work, double the stress, and double the worry.
But it’s also double the hugs, double the love, and double the pride.
You do the job of two people with one heart, and somehow you still find the energy to give more.
There is nothing “single” about what you do.
You’re a nurse when they’re sick, a teacher when there’s homework, a cook, a counselor, a protector, and a provider.
You’re their safe space, their superhero, their home.
And even on your hardest days, when no one is clapping for you; you still keep going.
To every single mom who’s ever cried quietly at night, stressed over money, or felt like she wasn’t doing enough
Please hear this:
You are more than enough.
You are doing an incredible job.
And one day, your children will look back and realize that their mom was the strongest woman they’ve ever known.
Wear your invisible cape with pride.
You are love. You are strength. You are the backbone of your family.
And you are never alone in this.
